Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include overseeing human resources, finances, and operations.
Work closely with the founders to define and execute key initiatives, build a strong foundation for the company, and help to scale the business sustainably. In particular:
Support the sales process by identifying ICPs to accelerate our deal flow and be potentially involved in the customer relationship building process. Ideally, you will also contribute to customer relations by ensuring a seamless and personable experience for all stakeholders.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, employee performance evaluations, training programs, benefits, and compensation. You will also work to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts, managing company financial accounts and reporting, developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize business performance, and monitoring financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, monitoring operational performance and identifying areas for improvement, and managing relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and investors.
Supporting marketing efforts by collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our reach and bringing creative ideas to increase our visibility also for in person context including swags or booths for conferences.

Qualifications
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with others.
Passion for entrepreneurship and a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong sense of curiosity.
Prior experience in a fast pace environment in a scaling startup or a VC could be a plus!

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Demonstrated ability to execute targeted actions in a timely and goal-oriented manner, with a focus on delivering results.
Highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers.
Having an ML background is a plus.

Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and German.
