About the Role:
As a Senior BDR at Virtuoso, you will lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects for the company's SaaS solutions. With a strategic approach to outbound prospecting and expert handling of inbound leads, your role is pivotal in driving Virtuoso's revenue growth by ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline of potential business.
⭐This role has an exciting career path to a Team Lead, BDR role. As we continue to scale and grow the business, the candidate taking on this position will be mentored and coached to eventually tranisition into a Team Lead, BDR role. How cool is that?!⭐
What we would like to see in you:
- Strategic lead generation and advanced prospecting.
- Expert qualification of inbound and outbound leads.
- Leadership in pipeline development and sales strategy implementation.
Your key tasks will be:
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand Virtuoso's customer base
- Conduct in-depth qualification of inbound leads to determine alignment with Virtuoso's target market and solution offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities with qualified prospects to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize Account-Based Outbound techniques to personalize outreach and engage key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and collateral to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
