We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and reliable Office & People Operations Coordinator to support Turbine’s daily operations and People team.

This is a hands on operational role focused primarily on office management, travel coordination, and HR administrative support. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the company while providing essential coordination and administrative support to employees, candidates, and leadership.

You will work closely with the Head of People and collaborate with employees, our recruiter, external vendors, and cross-functional teams across a variety of operational and people-related tasks.

This is an on-site role based in Budapest.

What You’ll Do

Office Operations

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and is fully organized and operational on a daily basis
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, vendors, maintenance, and workplace services
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, and external partners to support efficient office operations
  • Support invoicing, office budgeting, and administrative processes
  • Help coordinate internal meetings and team events

Travel & Coordination

  • Organize domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, candidates, visitors, and leadership
  • Manage travel-related changes and last-minute adjustments efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure travel logistics are smooth, well-organized, and cost-conscious

HR & Administrative Support

  • Support the People team with day-to-day coordination and administration
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate visits and logistics
  • Assist with onboarding administration and employee documentation
  • Support payroll preparation, HR reporting, and data management in BambooHR
  • Handle various administrative tasks and operational requests across People functions

Operations & Process Coordination

  • Maintain and improve administrative and operational processes
  • Bring structure and organization to fast-moving daily operations
  • Take ownership of operational workflows and follow through on details reliably
  • Support the wider organization with practical, solution-oriented coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 + years of experience in office operations, administration, HR coordination, or a similar operational role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident English and Hungarian communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Someone who enjoys creating structure and helping teams operate smoothly
