As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing creative, data-driven campaigns that drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. You’ll own the full lifecycle of demand generation — from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Ops and Sales to craft integrated programs that resonate with our audience of developers and data professionals. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, technical environments and wants to make a measurable impact on growth.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute integrated campaigns across key industries and use cases — from strategy and messaging to tactical execution and performance analysis. Lead competitive takeout campaigns targeting companies using alternative data platforms and other modern data warehouses, partnering with Product Marketing to refine positioning and build compelling narratives. Build multi-touch, multi-channel journeys across paid media, events, webinars, content syndication, and email nurturing — ensuring a consistent and engaging experience throughout the buyer journey. Collaborate with Product Marketing to align global and regional initiatives, optimizing event promotion, lead capture, and campaign coherence across channels. Leverage cloud partnerships (AWS, GCP, Azure) to enhance campaigns with joint marketing initiatives, managing MDF (market development funds) and co-marketing opportunities. Own pipeline and funnel metrics — regularly analyze performance across stages, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and pipeline velocity. Stay on top of market trends — monitor competitors, emerging technologies, and audience behaviors to continually refine campaign strategies and explore new demand channels. What You Bring
3+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing, especially in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or data infrastructure. Proven track record launching and scaling demand programs that drive net-new pipeline contributions. Experience localizing global campaigns across multiple countries, languages, or regions, with sensitivity to cultural and market nuances. Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, GA, etc.). Deep analytical orientation: ability to dive into funnel metrics, analyze performance by channel/segment, determine root causes, and apply corrective optimizations. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, including presenting to senior leadership and motivating cross-functional teams. Project management mastery: able to juggle multiple campaigns, dependencies, assets, and deadlines simultaneously with strong execution discipline. A bias toward experimentation — comfortable testing new ideas, iterating quickly, and scaling wins. Bonus / Nice-to-haves:
Experience managing demand generation in EMEA or regional geographies with complex markets. Familiarity working with design, localization, translation, or marketing ops teams. Experience working with intent-based data and outreach platforms (e.g. G2, Unify) or account-based orchestration tools Demonstrated success co-running partner or cloud marketing campaigns with third-party budgets.
