What You'll Do

We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Silverflow team!

You'll have the opportunity to be a part of our Product and Card Scheme team, based in Amsterdam, where you'll grow your project and analytical skills, supporting our product managers by:

• Analyzing client data and trends to identify opportunities for authorization optimization, data integrity issues, and cost efficiencies;
• Staying up-to-date with card network bulletins and rules to ensure that our processes and systems are in compliance with all requirements;
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and outcomes for reference and auditing purposes;
• Developing and executing test plans to ensure the accuracy of our transaction cost estimates; and
• Working with external partners to monitor their performance, and proactively identifying and remedying any data quality issues.
  
  
  

Who You Are

You are an enthusiastic and driven individual who has:

• 0 - 2 yrs of working experience within a technology-based environment.
• A University degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Econometrics or Business.
• Interest in information technologies and creating new solutions.
• Strong communication skills and aptitude when interacting with software engineers and clients.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• An analytical mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
• A ‘getting things done’ attitude with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
