The role and the team:

We are looking for a talented Security Engineer to join our exciting, fast-moving engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on designing, building, and maintaining detections and automated security testing tools.

As a member of the Security Engineering team, you will work closely with our product engineering, product management and security operations teams to ensure the highest level of security for our clients and internal infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

Design and implement detections and response capabilities:

• Research threats and adversary TTPs to inform detection priorities and detection designs.
• Design and build detections to identify new and emerging threats using SenseOn product’s advanced detection platforms.
• Continuously measure and tune detection capabilities to address evolving cyber threats.
• Build supporting tools and infrastructure to manage the lifecycle of our growing detection capabilities.

Automated security testing:

• Develop and maintain automated security testing tools to continuously verify and validate detections in SenseOn’s product.
• Ensure these tools are robust, reliable, and integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure.

Independent security testing:

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to conduct independent security testing of SenseOn's products and internal infrastructure.
• Analyse and interpret findings from third-party tests and integrate improvements into our security posture.
