Account Executive – ANZ (Remote)
Type: Consultant (8 hours/day)

Reporting to: Sales Director – North America
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team and lead new business across the Australian market.
In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through to closing deals with key decision-makers. You’ll work closely with prospects to understand their security and compliance needs and position Scrut as a trusted solution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and brings strong exposure to cybersecurity or compliance sales.
What You’ll Do
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: From inbound leads to outbound prospecting and deal closure
- Act as a trusted advisor: Understand customer challenges and map them to Scrut’s platform
- Drive revenue growth: Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with SDRs, Solutions, and Customer Success teams
- Stay market-aware: Keep up with industry trends and frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR
What You’ll Bring
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity/compliance preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals
- Confidence engaging with both technical and business stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, etc.)
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and curiosity
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
