Who we are

Quaisr is a London-based tech startup building a leading industrial platform that empowers engineers and research scientists to solve complex problems in energy efficiency, product design, and reliability. Our product connects simulations, data, and AI to help multinational organisations make informed decisions across the lifecycle of engineered systems.

We are backed by Crane Venture Partners (UK), Acequia Capital (USA), and top-tier angel investors, with partnerships spanning Imperial College London and The Alan Turing Institute. Our early-adopter customers operate across pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, defence, and energy sectors.

We’re looking for a smart, curious, and driven intern who’s excited about growth, tech, and startups—someone who can think quickly, communicate clearly, and learn on the go.

Who you are

You are street-smart, solution-oriented, and eager to roll up your sleeves. You thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, and you enjoy identifying inefficiencies, optimising processes, and creating scalable systems. This role is not client-facing; instead, you will help the business run more efficiently, support strategy execution, and reduce bottlenecks.

Must have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose practical solutions
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks, optimise resources, and implement processes
  • Agile and adaptable mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice to have:

  • Experience or background in business, STEM, operations, or strategy
  • Familiarity with project management tools or frameworks
  • Exposure to startups, entrepreneurial projects, or operational roles
  • Interest in data analysis, process optimisation, and scaling operations
