Role and Responsibilities
- Lead valuation engagements for US clients, managing projects from initial scoping to final report delivery
- Build and maintain complex financial models (OPM, DCF, BSM etc.) to support the valuation of private companies and derivatives
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Address audit inquiries and provide documentation that supports valuation methodologies and assumptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Qualifications
- Legally authorised to work in India without requiring a work visa sponsorship
- Willing to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- 5 years of relevant experience, especially with international stakeholders
- Excellent academic grades with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) will be a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
