Internship Overview

pyannoteAI's GTM motion is maturing fast — from lead segmentation and pipeline management to enterprise sales cycles and tool infrastructure. As we scale, the operational load on the RevOps and commercial teams is growing with it. We need someone sharp and execution-oriented to take ownership of the operational backbone of our go-to-market, so that the GTM Engineer can focus on strategy, architecture, and systems thinking while the sales team stays focused on closing.
This is not a "shadow and observe" internship. You'll own real workflows from week one.

Your Role

As our Growth Intern, you'll be embedded in the GTM team, reporting to our GTM Engineer. You'll be the execution layer that keeps the commercial machine running smoothly — from pipeline hygiene to sales deck iterations to tooling improvements.
You'll:
Keep the sales pipeline sharp — Maintain CRM data quality, ensure leads flow through the right stages, flag anomalies, and produce weekly pipeline snapshots for the team.
Prepare and iterate sales materials — Own the production of sales decks, one-pagers, and prospect-specific collateral in close collaboration with the AE and CEO.
Support and refine sales motions — Help sequence outreach campaigns, structure follow-up workflows, and iterate on email templates and outbound playbooks based on what's working.
Improve GTM tooling — Contribute to the evolution of our internal tools and dashboards (CRM workflows, lead scoring logic, reporting views) alongside the GTM Engineer.
Coordinate with the sales team — Ensure smooth handoffs between stages, track deal progress, prepare briefs ahead of key meetings, and help the AE stay focused on high-value activities.
Analyze and report — Pull data from our tools to surface insights on conversion rates, funnel bottlenecks, and campaign performance. Translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
What makes this role unique: You'll have a front-row seat to how a post-seed voice AI company builds its commercial engine — from pricing and packaging to enterprise deal strategy. You'll work directly with the GTM Engineer, AE, and leadership, with real ownership and visible impact from day one.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

Final-year student from a top engineering school (with a taste for business, strategy, or entrepreneurship)
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and structured problem-solving
Experience working with databases, SQL and scripting (Python or Javascript preferred)
Rigorous and detail-oriented — you don't let things slip through the cracks
Excellent written communication in English (French fluency expected)
Genuinely curious about SaaS, developer tools, or AI — not just looking for a line on the CV

Nice-to-haves:

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Sellsy, or similar)
Experience with automation softwares (n8n, Zapier, Retool) and vibe-coding / coding with LLMs
Exposure to product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, or similar)
Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial project
Interest in go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, or sales engineering
