Join our Founding Sales team, as we strive to remove complexity from the Customer Service! We are seeking an Account Executive to bring our product to life for customers, build awareness and drive revenue.

Reporting to our CEO/Founder Jan, you will have the opportunity to shape our GTM strategy and play a leading role in making the final push towards a repeatable & predictable sales motion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the DACH market, focusing on mid-sized companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Identify and qualify leads, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth.

  • Showcase the value of our No-Code Automation solution to CX/CS professionals, understanding their pain points and tailoring presentations to address their specific needs.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for our clients in the DACH region.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and drive business success.

Required Experience:

  • Experience working in an early stage SaaS environment is highly desired.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the DACH market.

  • Deep understanding of CX/CS operations and/or familiarity with automation solutions.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
