Salesforce & Revenue Operations Owner

Come join a dynamic and passionate team in the world of cybersecurity!

Who we are?

HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up that has developed an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software, designed to prevent, detect and neutralize attacks targeting workstations and servers. In 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits.

Since our founding in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has earned widespread recognition, winning prestigious awards and achieving the distinction of being the first ANSSI-certified EDR in 2020, followed by becoming the first to receive ANSSI qualification in 2025.

We have raised a total of €30 millions, enabling us to strengthen our teams and expand internationally across Europe. In just three years, HarfangLab’s workforce has nearly tripled, with the majority of its team members coming from technical backgrounds and dedicating themselves to R&D and continuous product enhancement.

Today, HarfangLab protects the endpoints of several hundred clients of all shapes and sizes, from CAC 40 corporations and government agencies to SMEs, hospitals, and local councils.

Driven by a strong sense of teamwork and global ambitions, HarfangLab continues to grow while staying true to its mission: to protect organisations from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats while ensuring that customers maintain full control over their data.

Why are we hiring?

We are looking for a Salesforce & Revenue Operations Owner to take full ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem and the associated revenue operations.

Our Salesforce instance is the system of record at the core of the company’s business processes. Highly customized and deeply integrated with around ten tools, it drives the entire Lead-to-Cash cycle for ~50 users across Sales/Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams. It also serves as a collaboration interface with our partners and distributors through a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal.

This is a single-owner role: you act as architect, administrator, and developer. You will take over a mature platform and be responsible for its evolution in a context of strong growth and international expansion.

What you will do with us?

The responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Salesforce Platform Ownership

  • Maintain and optimize existing automations and integrations, ensuring stability and performance in a high-growth environment.

  • Manage the full lifecycle: roadmap definition, request prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Revenue Operations (Lead-to-Cash)

  • Drive and optimize the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process internally and with our partners and distributors: lead generation, qualification, conversion, closing, contracting, and billing.

  • Optimize the Quote-to-Cash process through Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud: quoting, approvals, order management, and invoicing (Pennylane).

  • Administer the Qobra commission tool: plan configuration, performance tracking, and commission statement generation.

Data Quality and Governance

  • Work closely with the Finance department to provide data and insights related to sales, billing, and commissions.

  • Design and maintain C-level dashboards for real-time tracking of ARR, pipeline, churn, and key business KPIs.

  • Improve data quality and implement systematic controls.

User enablement & adoption

  • Ensure continuous user training (onboarding of new users, advanced training sessions).

  • Enforce Salesforce usage discipline: data quality, process adherence, and best practices adoption.

  • Act as the single point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions and requests.

About you

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, architecture, and/or development.

  • Experience managing a multi-integration ecosystem.

Experience in Revenue Operations or in environments closely connected to Sales/Finance teams, as well as Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architect), are strong advantages.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

Required:

  • Salesforce Flows: expert level (designing, debugging, and optimizing complex large-scale automations).

  • Advanced Salesforce administration: data model, profiles/permissions, validation rules, process automation, deployment.

  • Apex: ability to read, debug, and write code (triggers, classes, batch processes).

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC): understanding and ability to maintain/develop custom UI components.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: advanced reporting and sophisticated dashboards.

Strongly preferred:

  • SOQL: complex queries for reporting and data quality issue detection.

  • Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud: product configuration, price books, quotes, price rules, revenue lifecycle management, contracts, subscriptions.

  • Managing a Salesforce ecosystem: APIs and integrations, configuring and troubleshooting connectors, commission or billing tools integrated with Salesforce.

  • Strong interest in AI: enthusiasm and proactivity toward autonomous agents and AI integration in business processes.

Soft Skills (Transversal Skills)

  • Autonomy and ownership: ability to be fully responsible for a critical scope without direct technical supervision.

  • Communication: ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa, across diverse stakeholders (Sales, Finance, C-level).

  • Rigor and documentation: maintaining a clean, well-documented, and auditable system.

  • Pedagogy: ability to train and support users with varying levels of expertise.
