About you

You work in alignment with our operating values
Our operating values are the DNA of Gitpod. We hold them high, evolve them as we evolve, and integrate them into everything we do. We expect everyone at Gitpod to actively use the values as the playbook for how they show up and work.

You're a strategic storyteller
As a kid, you sold out at your lemonade stand. You weren’t just selling cold drinks, you were selling core memories of summer nostalgia. You know how to position a narrative to convince someone to do something. You don't just sell the facts - you sell the feeling.

You’re a detective
You collect data because you’re curious. You’re open minded and gather input from all angles to form a comprehensive perspective. You’re in the weeds about why things happen. You have the ability to spot patterns and turn raw information into actionable insights. And you may, in fact, play escape room board games for fun on the weekends.

You’re a sales champion
You understand that great enablement comes from deep empathy with the sales experience. You have an innate ability to earn trust, build relationships, and influence. When sales teams work with you, they get a partner who enables them to reach their targets, propelling the entire company towards its goals.

Additionally, we're looking for someone with the most of the following:

  • Evidence of building out sales enablement programs

  • Has worked deeply on technical tools

  • Previous direct experience in sales or customer success

  • Quantifiable improvements in sales metrics (win rates, deal velocity, etc.)

  • Great writing skills shown through real-life content examples

  • Experience working with channel/alliance partners

We use these tools and expect you to have familiarity with most of them:

  • Figma

  • Pitch

  • Gong

Benefits

  • Fully remote, flexible work day

  • Flexible paid time off including holidays that are most meaningful to you

  • Parental leave for all parents

  • Equity

  • Health insurance (country-specific)

  • Retirement (country-specific)

  • Wellness allowance

  • Premium work-from-home equipment

  • Regular company off-sites

You’ll also have a chance to share about your strengths, experience, and demonstrate your ability to work asynchronously.

  2. Sync interviews - You'll complete a series of interviews designed to thoroughly evaluate our mutual compatibility.
