Gigs is for telecommunications what Stripe is for payments. We empower brands to offer their own mobile service for smartphones and wearables:

• Businesses can brand and launch their own phone plans. This allows companies to create smooth customer experiences, attract and monetize new users and unlock new revenue streams.
• Consumers can sign up and activate their SIM card or eSIM in less than 5 minutes, and easily manage their plan online.

The position

• You will craft Gigs' distinct tone of voice: your role is instrumental in shaping Gigs' brand personality. Your creativity will be a major asset as you craft and polish compelling content for our website, social media posts, sales enablement materials, and campaign assets.
• You will champion end-to-end content creation: you will be at the helm of the content creation process from initial strategic concepts to high-quality execution. In some cases, you’ll own the full process: in others, you’ll enable other teams to produce quality content themselves. Your commitment to aligning all content with our objectives will be a cornerstone of our success.
• You will breathe life into our marketing copy: you’ll work with our MarComms team to sharpen drafts and briefs into killer copy across all major channels.
• You will make our products a joy to use: your expertise will guide the way our products communicate through UX language. You'll shape the voice and personality of our offerings, ensuring they resonate with our audience.
• You will foster seamless cross-team collaboration: your responsibility is to foster collaboration with stakeholders from different teams. Together, you'll craft content that informs and ignites action.

• You have experience in high-growth B2B environments: You've spent 3-5 years navigating the challenges of high-growth B2B startups, showcasing your adaptability and resilience.
• You are a master of communication: Your written and verbal communication skills in English are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex ideas effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• You have exceptional project management skills: Juggling multiple high-priority projects is second nature to you, thanks to your outstanding organizational skills and ability to maintain clarity in chaotic situations.
• You are proactive, creative, and hands-on: You take the initiative to tackle challenges, bring creativity to your work, and consistently think ahead in a fast-paced environment.
• You are collaborative and curious: You've had exposure to communications and brand teams and possess a deep curiosity about LLM tools, using them regularly to complement your workflow and improve your productivity.
