We have big plans ahead and are looking for our first Growth Manager to join us in building our team.
About The Role
Encord is seeking an analytical and driven individual to join our Growth team in London. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a bias for action to help build a scalable growth engine and drive global demand. We are still a startup: you’ll have to get hands-on with projects, operate with partial knowledge, and constantly be rethinking how we do things. Plus, move very quickly.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Identify and prioritize new opportunities for growth.
- Execute growth experiments across various channels (events, content, PPC, social, campaigns, etc.) & use the results to craft data-driven strategies for lead acquisition.
- Contribute to building a scalable growth machine that allows us to run constant, iterative tests throughout the funnel.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Drive global demand and revenue by marketing Encord through various channels and across multiple geographies.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating natural analytical abilities and the capability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfort in decision-making, executing with conviction & good judgment with limited guidance.
-Needs minimal direction in an ambiguous context to take action & adapt quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communication with executives and senior leaders.
- Previous experience in B2B and/or SaaS is a plus, but not required. We are looking for demonstrated success in a challenging field that showcases resilience and determination.
