We have big plans ahead and are looking for a rockstar GTM Enablement Lead to join us in building our GTM team.
The Role
As Encord's first GTM Enablement Lead, you will take full ownership of our enablement strategy, building resources and initiatives from the ground up. You'll connect our technical and commercial teams, translating Encord’s cutting-edge technology into compelling, customer-facing narratives to supercharge our GTM team.
From Sales to Engineering, you’ll collaborate with all teams at Encord to ensure that our GTM team are maximising the value of all the amazing work that our product and engineering teams are doing. Your work will empower our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams with the tools they need to drive growth and deepen customer engagement.
Encord is at an inflection point — over the last 18 months, we've built a world-class team, raised our $30M Series B (from Next47, YC, Crane) and onboarded hundreds of the leading AI companies onto Encord. About You
- You have 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering resources and creating processes that provide an outsized benefit. This could be anything from consulting, to sales enablement and beyond.
- You instinctively identify gaps in knowledge/understanding and derive energy from creating custom initiatives to ensure they're filled.
- You know time-management is everything in a startup and you are very intentional and creative about how enablement is delivered. You don't default to a recurring meeting with a large group of people but think carefully about what the best way for different groups of people to learn something is.
- You are capable of deeply understanding technical concepts and translating them into clear value propositions for customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- You are highly organized and great at managing your time across many competing priorities.
- You're ambitious and care lots about your career. You're probably happiest when working really hard and solving challenging problems. You know this requires dedication & some sacrifice but you think it's worth it. You want to rise faster than would be possible in any 'normal' career and you're happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is required.
- You've consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you’ve been in, whether in academia, business, sport, work, or whatever else you've put your mind to.
