We're an ambitious team of 100+ working at the frontier of AI and have raised $60M in Series C funding from Wellington Management, CRV, Next47 and Y Combinator.
The role
We're looking for a Growth Manager to drive how technical teams discover and engage with our platform. You'll own our organic growth strategy, managing the complete journey from awareness to conversion. This role blends SEO expertise with conversion optimisation — building sustainable traffic while creating diverse engagement paths and routing visitors effectively. You'll segment audiences for optimal conversion paths, ensuring smooth sales handoffs while developing appropriate nurture tracks.
The ideal candidate thinks strategically about attribution, stays ahead of search evolution including AI-powered discovery, and connects content initiatives directly to revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience ready to own a high-impact growth function.

What you'll do

  • Drive qualified organic traffic while optimising the full customer journey, ensuring visitors follow appropriate conversion paths
  • Develop content strategies optimised for both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
  • Create and optimise multiple engagement touchpoints that reduce friction while qualifying visitor intent
  • Manage lead routing and enrichment processes using marketing automation tools, ensuring sales teams receive qualified, contextualised opportunities
  • Research and adapt to evolving search behaviours, identifying opportunities to strengthen market presence
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create authoritative technical content for our target audience
  • Build strategic relationships within relevant professional communities and industry forums

Who we're looking for

  • Analytical and experimental mindset, proficient with tools like GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms to measure content performance across both traditional and AI-mediated discovery channels
  • Technically curious and able to quickly grasp ML/AI concepts, comfortable creating content about data pipelines, model training, and similar technical topics
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, working effectively with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to ensure technical accuracy while maintaining engaging, accessible content
  • Stays current with developments in AI and search technology, understanding their implications for content strategy and actively applying new insights

Experience requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in SEO/GEO, content marketing, or technical writing with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven optimisation
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for content workflows, with knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation
  • Understanding of both traditional search optimisation and emerging concepts around how AI systems interpret content — including structured data, entity relationships, and factors that influence information selection and synthesis
  • Bonus: Active participation in technical communities, experience with B2B SaaS or developer marketing, familiarity with the AI/ML tools ecosystem, or background in creating multi-format technical content including documentation, tutorials, and interactive demos
