What you’ll do

  • Leverage A/B testing and data analysis to optimize key metrics like user acquisition and retention

  • Implement solutions to help validate or invalidate a hypothesis

  • Build and maintain backend systems and automation flows for Channel programs

  • Serve as the primary engineering partner for the Channel team

  • Building customer data pipelines that operate efficiently across various business systems

  • Design, code (Javascript, Python, SQL), and test software systems, improvements, products, and user-facing experiences

Who you are

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience required (Python, Javascript)

  • 1 year of experience at a startup is a plus

  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as HighTouch, Segment

  • Demonstrated track record of developing scalable and extendable core services or products, showcasing your ability to deliver impactful solutions

  • Experience owning software architecture and API design

  • Experience shipping large-scale, highly visible, external facing features/products

  • Ability to optimize user experiences, study user-centric data for meaning, experiment with acquisition channels, and fine-tune conversion funnels

  • Experience being responsible for user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth

  • Ability to specialize in driving growth beyond the product, shaping a comprehensive growth strategy

  • Ability to create sustainable growth loops that help boost user acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue. In an era where digital presence is synonymous with success
