Overview of role

Cyberhaven is building out a world-class marketing team and we’re looking for smart, fast, and exceptional team players who are committed to our mission, eager to learn, and possess a spark of creativity that distinguishes our team from traditional B2B marketing teams. As an early hire, you’ll have an immediate, highly leveraged impact, directly reporting to the VP of Marketing. This position is not just about enhancing what's already there; it's about reimagining our Salesforce architecture, deciding on our sales and marketing tech stack, and building a robust reporting and analytics function from the ground up.


What you’ll do

  • Choose, set up, and integrate the best sales and marketing tools that fit our company's goals, making sure everything works smoothly together.

  • Combine and orchestrate technology in creative ways to do things it’s not designed to do out of the box.

  • Reimagine and improve how we use Salesforce including workflows, automation, and reporting/attribution frameworks.

  • Implement and oversee lead source tracking and multi-touch attribution, providing insights so we can make informed decisions.

  • Manage how we run campaigns in Hubspot and Salesforce, aiming for quick and error-free launches along with detailed performance tracking.

  • Work on keeping our emails reaching their intended inboxes by following top strategies, watching how they're doing, and adjusting when necessary.

  • Keep our Salesforce and Hubspot data clean and organized, ensuring our marketing database is accurate and up-to-date.


What you’ll bring

  • 4-year undergraduate degree (STEM strongly preferred)

  • Excel proficiency mandatory; SQL proficiency strongly preferred

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and at least one marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot), data warehouse, and reverse ETL

  • Deep expertise in architecture and automation of sales/marketing tech stack

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen (you don’t just run reports, you understand the data and its implications for the business)

  • An obsession for the details and high standards (good isn’t good enough)

  • Track record of being a top performer among peers

At Cyberhaven, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. The estimated base salary for this role is $120,000 to $180,000. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Cyberhaven's total rewards package.
