The Role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the Operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys keeping things running efficiently and creating a great working environment. Please note that this job requires 5 days per week in our Kings Cross office.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations (supplies, post, meeting rooms, general upkeep)
Liaise with building management and reception on maintenance, deliveries, and access
Order office supplies, snacks, and team lunches, ensuring spend is within budget
Support with health & safety processes (checks, records, inductions, first aid kits, etc.)
Organise company socials, celebrations, and ad-hoc team events
Assist the Operations team with admin tasks and small projects as needed
Maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment that reflects our culture
Support onboarding logistics for new hires (desks, IT setup, welcome packs)
Assist with travel booking and coordinating visitors.
Skills & Experience:
Degree-educated with 6+ months of office-based experience (internships, summer jobs, etc.)
You're helpful, proactive, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and approachable
You are excited about the ambiguous nature of a startup and enjoy solving hard problems
You’re tech-savvy and are familiar with some workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, Notion, Zoom, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
