The Role
We are seeking a Field Clinical Engineer based in Miami to support the deployment of our technologies in hospitals. This role requires up to 100% travel across the US.
Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment of CoMind devices into clinical environments, including setting up new devices, device testing, analysis, and validation (frequent travel required)
Lead on Site Initiation Visits (SIVs) to hospitals (frequent travel required)
Support the training of clinical staff in the operation of CoMind devices
Lead on-site engineering, collaborating with our teams in London to optimise and implement technical solutions and roll-out fixes (frequent travel required)
When not travelling, work in our Miami warehouse on device troubleshooting, stock management and coordination of shipments to and from Miami
Build and maintain detailed documentation of any device modifications or alterations

Ensure effective collaboration with teams across time zones, particularly maximizing overlap between London and Miami working hours.
Skills & Experience:
Ability to travel across the US frequently, often at short notice
A proven track record of troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes to medical devices in a clinical environment
Experience collaborating with geographically-distributed engineering teams
Relationship building skills, particularly with clinicians in hospitals
Basic experience with electronics (making, building, testing, iterating)

Nice to have: experience working with optical fibres and laser, familiarity with python or other coding languages.
