The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional technical programs across CoMind, to deliver on our ambitious product roadmap to launch our novel neurotechnology.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, multi-disciplinary and diverse programs from ideation through to manufacture, including ownership of the design and development process, resource allocation, and reporting milestones

  • Set clear priorities, driving a sense of velocity and ownership within the team

  • Communicate a clear “definition of done” and compile in-depth technical information into concise executive summaries

  • Establish well-defined business metrics and indicators of success

  • Foster open communication and collaboration among team members and other stakeholders

  • Provide a clear and complete status overview on a regular basis, highlighting potential blockers and/or possible areas of concern.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in a technical program management role

  • Experience leading projects and programs from ideation through to manufacture across software and hardware

  • Experience working on highly complex and technical systems

  • A data-driven mindset, and experience creating and defining success metrics

  • Experience working with medical devices.
