We’re looking for a T-shaped B2B Growth Marketer—someone who thrives on hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels and B2B tactics. Responsibilities include: defining and optimizing enterprise lead generation; leading and executing ABM, CRO, performance marketing, and B2B lead generation campaigns; analyzing and optimizing marketing performance; establishing strategic partnerships; driving pipeline growth; running structured growth experiments; and building/managing the growth tech stack. Required skills & experience: strong analytical skills with B2B revenue and marketing attribution, HubSpot reporting, GA4; hands-on ABM and multi-touch marketing; performance marketing (ad setup, creative strategy, optimization, reporting); proven demand generation (webinars, events, whitepapers, content-led acquisition); experience marketing to enterprise B2B audiences/ICPs; affiliate and partnership marketing; 5+ years in growth marketing/PMM/B2B SaaS; experience building/managing a marketing tech stack; strong understanding of developer/technical audience marketing; portfolio of campaigns.
