About the Role:
The Enterprise Account Executive/Director of Sales will be responsible for establishing and expanding our market presence in the United States. We need you to be a self-starting individual that will leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify and seize new business opportunities, driving net new sales and contributing to our ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated, an independent worker who thrives in a startup environment and sees this as an exciting opportunity to build and lead a US sales team in the future!
What we would like to see in you:
- Experience working with a fully rounded sales team (AE, SE, SDR), and marketing
- Experience taking a new brand to market
- Experience scaling salesa sales team
- Ability to build and manage a high performing sales team, whilst delivering your owns numbers with an eye on building and developing a team in the future
- Deep knowledge of MEDDICCchallenger sales and solution value-based selling, with hands-on experience of implementing this in a market
- Experience selling to technical personas, like CTO and Head of Engineering
- Comfortable with modern sales tools, Hubspot, Lusha, Gong, Salesloft
- Experience with a land & expand motion
- Account and regional planning and execution skills
- Proven attainment of quota and revenue goals
- Agile and able to think on your feet - not beholden to a single playbook
- You know when to ask questions and know how to act independently
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals/geographies at the same time
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
